Project Manager for the Dallas office of Alston construction. Responsibilities included Pre-Construction, construction administration, scheduling, estimating, subcontract negotiation, change management, budgeting and cash flow management, stakeholder management and site management.

Project Manager/Program Manager for the Construction Management division of Turner & Townsend. Responsibilities included pre-construction services, estimating, contract administration, sub-contract negotiation, vendor/contractor coordination, change control, drawing approvals, customer relations, business development and staff mentoring.Major projects include: Barclays Global Investment HQ, Lehman Brothers Consolidation Projects, BP Project Stampede, and Nissan Retail Environmental Design Rollout.

Oxnard, Ca

Senior Field Engineer In charge of the Interior Renovation of St. Johns Hospital. In my role I worked closely with subcontractors to maintain a fast track schedule in an operating hospital. This project required close coordination with the hospital facilites to prevent interrupting patient services and maintaining high levels of cleanliness while doing major renovations.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Assistant Project Manager in the Dallas Division of Walton Construction. Worked on a variety of high profile projects such as the Palomar Hotel in Dallas, Texas and the Shreveport Convention Center Hotel in Shreveport, Louisiana. Responsible for Construction Administration and Site Supervision.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Worked as a Field Engineer on the renovation of Town East Mall in Mesquite Texas. Worked closely with Subcontractors and Mall Facilities on a phased schedule to renovate all public areas and add family restrooms in the mall. Maintained the job office during the day while coordinating trades for the Superintendent for the overnight shifts. Responsible for all Construction Documentation, Meetings and Contract Administration.
