Sr. Director Of Marketing, Franchise
Current• As the Director of Franchise Marketing my role is to develop and deploy digital marketing strategies for each of the Brands’ my team is responsible for. I work closely with various Marketing Executives, ranging from VP to CMO level, with the primary goal being to better understand their vision, manage their expectations, and consult on best practices. • Create strategic and innovative marketing plans with specific action items for our team to carry down to individual franchisee’s that are consistent with the Brand’s goals.• Responsible for leading a Marketing team and coaching Marketing Managers on how to manage campaigns so they are able to personally conduct performance reviews and make necessary recommendations/updates.• Ensure that client communication expectations are being met and aware of any industry updates that could affect their campaigns and that strategies are created & executed accordingly• Maintaining strong team culture; including building trust and personally understanding the professional goals of all members and supporting them in reaching their career ambitions• Supporting escalations as needed and using such as opportunities to train Marketing Managers on how to handle similar issues in the future.• Continuously self-educating and staying up to date on the current marketing landscape as well as evaluate current processes to ensure they are effective.
