Rehired in 2002 to take over the position as president. Immediately assumed the responsibilities required for daily operations, which included monitoring overall company performance, performing financial reviews of company and project performance.Responsible for preparation, distribution, and review, of bid and contract documents as well as contract negotiation.Implemented a new project management system within 3 months and was assigned the task of getting several projects back on track that had been ignored due to a shortage of personnel. This task was completed within 4 months.

Prepared bid packages for bidding and distribution prior to project commencement.Responsible for preparing and negotiating subcontracts as well as the daily task involved in project oversight including invoicing, financial reporting, and progress monitoring, scheduling, and holding periodic meetings with the owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.Projects were managed using Primavera Expedition and Sure Track scheduling software.
