Manager, ISDUPMC - Greenville, PANovember 2010 to May 2023Manages a single team function of technology staff at assigned UPMC hospitals and sites.Participates with the Regional ISD Director to engage with local operations and business leaders to understand the needs of assigned hospitals, both administrative and clinical, client areas and how hospital IT services are used in and impact those areas.Supports the technology direction and vision for assigned UPMC hospitals and sites through the smart and effective application of people, processes, technology and communications.Facilitates technology activities and services at assigned hospitals and sites to meet UPMC customer needs.Participates in the Re-Imagining the UPMC Experience Initiative as needed to improve the UPMC patient experience.Collaborates with all Information Services Division departments to ensure problem-free, on-time delivery of services and products to the customer while also following Corporate Information Services Division standards.Supports alignment with Corporate Information Services Division technology stack, where appropriate.Responsible for monitoring the technology service levels at assigned UPMC hospitals and sites in conjunction with the Corporate Information Services Division standard.
