Embarking on a journey of personal and professional growth has been an incredible privilege. Throughout my career, I've had the honor of leading dynamic teams, managing complex operations, and collaborating with some truly talented individuals. These experiences have not only been significant achievements but have also fueled my passion for fostering growth and development in others.With 16 years of experience leading a company from a startup to a leader in its field, I have worn many hats. From working in R&D and building a multimillion-dollar inventory system to leading medical pump projects and designing automated testing systems, I have always aimed to drive innovation and excellence. My roles have spanned engineering for assembly, leading IT systems, and beyond, each one a step towards broader expertise and impactful contributions.Recently, I earned a degree in Technical Leadership, which has further honed my skills and empowered me to lead even more successful teams. As I look to the future, I am excited to be pursuing a degree in Instructional Design and Technology.
