Responsible for conducting on-site environmental compliance inspections during the construction of an 85-mile segment (Spread 4) of the El Paso Ruby Pipeline Project in northern Nevada. Coordinated with construction contractor personnel in order to implement environmental stipulations required by the project’s BLM Plan of Development and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Implementation Plan.
