To acquire and retain students, through the implementation of orchestrated marketing, client fulfillment, and internal systems and through the development and implementation of academy systems, so that clients’ needs and expectations, and the company’s financial objectives, are met or exceeded.To provide staff support for the acquisition and retention of students through the planning, evaluation, monitoring, and improving of financial, information technology, and administrative systems, in a way that promotes an effective, smooth-running organization.

Maintains and operates software databases.Issues technical advice for compliance with program goals and policies.Evaluates design, development and coordination of projects.Lead committees and task forces to improve service and quality.In charge of conducting surveys to receive input on organizational management.Completes reports as needed; this includes budget, tax and some employee records.

Meet with owners and employees to facilitate communication of objectives, needs, and concerns.Maintain a positive relationship between customers and the fitness club through effective communication and outreach.Direct all aspects of the fitness club, including membership, front desk, facility maintenance, classes, and programs.Set short and long term goals, plan future improvements and expansion.

Analyzing and recording of BC production accounting data; ensuring integrity and compliance to area business practices; reporting to government agencies and associates. Booking of non-operated and take-in-kind revenue, royalties and fees for AB, BC and SK.Assisting other Production Accountants as needed during month end.Clearing and keeping of accounts receivables on an ongoing monthly basis.Maintaining master files as required.Sustaining good working relationships with business partners both internally and externally to promote effective transfer of relevant information.

Detailed analysis of royalty income wells/units with a focus on accuracy of royalty rates, calculations and deductions.Prepare accounting entries for monthly royalty income transactions.Initiating new cost centers after procuring the proper land documentation to facilitate the proper recording of royalty income.Accurate completion of monthly royalty income accruals.Reconciliation of the royalty accounts receivable sub-ledgers to ensure accurate reporting and timely collections.

Compile, index and code vendor invoices.Analysis accounts and coordinate processing and approval for payment.Maintain a good working relationship with Business Associates.Analysis and maintain debit and on hold accounts.Create journal entries related to audit queries and coding errors i.e. short payments, double payments, credit errors etc.
