I do Tier I and II admin work remotely for the Gov't

Performs Tier 1 testing and maintenance on non-secure (NIPR) and secure (SIPR) networks. Support more than 1500 end-users with functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems. Hardware problems may include desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN Networks, and peripherals. Software problems may include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Investigative Information Management System (I2MS), Remedy, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Norton Antivirus, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla. Deploys user account to the domain with access to all local and mapped peripheral devices. Very proficient with the following equipment and network functions:• Search, create, and modify objects in Active Directory including users, computers, and groups. • Use Remote Desktop Connection to remotely troubleshoot desktop systems. • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely using Remote Desktop Connection• Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.• Install, configure, monitor and update general and AFOSI specific hardware and software • Performed wiring and daily maintenance of internal computer systems.
