Work with quality team members to insure the overall integrity of finished goods, for the purpose of food quality and safety. Create new programs and maintain current programs in FT vision systems to create a vital layer of inspection to insure the quality standards are met. Create new programs and maintain current programs in the Pressco inspection unit to insure that our blow molder is creating containers that meet exact specifications for production. Assist bottling managers in making decisions about overall quality of beverages being produced, and controlling the hold log in the event that products don’t meet requirements or specifications for shipment… creating PowerPoint presentations when holds are necessary, and communicating to upper management the reasoning behind products not being within quality limits for shipment.

Able to operate and perform change overs of every aspect in the bottling house. Perform minor repairs, as well as preventative maintenance on various labelers, rinsers\fillers\cappers, and case packers… also able to troubleshoot, and adjust equipment so that optimal performance can be achieved in bottling and creating a finished product that will fall within the lines of qualities requirements for shipment.
