Here, I led end-to-end project management for large-scale architectural developments, overseeing design development, construction documentation, and regulatory compliance. I coordinated multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, managed consultant contracts, and ensured alignment with client objectives and sustainability goals.One of my key projects was managing the $1.3B Austin Convention Center expansion. I coordinated a team of 50+ stakeholders, including consultants, city officials, and contractors, ensuring project alignment and compliance. Through meticulous planning and proactive risk management, I identified schedule conflicts, facilitated concurrent processes, and ensured the project stayed on track. I also led the effort to salvage and reuse existing materials, conducting detailed research and stakeholder walk-throughs to maximize carbon savings and sustainable practices.I also co-managed the $1B Four Seasons Lake Austin private residences project. This ultra-luxury development included 179 residential units, nine private villas, and multiple high-end amenities. I successfully secured ~$1M in additional services by preparing organized documentation and supporting records, and negotiating effectively with the project owner. I developed logs for tracking submittals and RFIs and set agendas for pre-construction meetings, fostering proactive risk mitigation and smoother project execution. By building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders, I drove a proactive culture of addressing potential issues before they escalated.Leading the construction administration for Travis Flats & Travis County North Campus Office Building, a 146-unit affordable housing project co-located with a three-story steel-framed office building, I successfully achieved AEGB 3-star sustainability ratings during the pandemic. Moreover, I managed site and utility challenges, coordinated communication lines relocation, and addressed abandoned oil tanks, ensuring seamless project progress and compliance.At the Gateway Medical Office Building, I directed the construction contract administration for a three-story steel-framed office building. My proactive site visits and collaboration with concrete consultants addressed quality concerns, ensuring structural integrity and maintaining high project standards.In the Hyatt Centric Project, a 31-story concrete hotel adjacent to historic theaters, I managed complex site and utility coordination. I innovated utility solutions by recommending the use of fiberglass manholes accepted by Austin Water Utility, optimizing space and reducing project costs.
