I started as a case selector and worked my way up to Supervisor which I have been doing for 5 years. I have supervised every department except Pharmacy, increasing employee morale and production every time. I have also run multiple departments at once and in some cases I was in charge of an entire building. I have supervised groups of 12 to 35 employees while maintaining smooth operations, safety protocols and accuracy. Because of my sense of team work I am usually the first to help out if we are short staffed or in danger of falling behind schedule. My employees appreciate that I have never asked them to do anything I am not willing to do myself.
