Responsible for product design of all LMI prototype and production assemblies and components. This involves manufacturing and assembly support through prototype completion, pilot runs, and standard product offering. My tasks are carried out via Solidworks 3D modeling and 3D printing, 2D working drawings for manufacturing, exploded view development for assembly aid, and also the design and implementation of all fixturing and tooling to complete a finished product.On the clerical side extensive use of data based inventory control software helps me log purchase parts, build BOM's, and receive components for final assembly with our manufactured items.I am an active certified ISO auditor since 2000 and certified in Master Cam CNC programming since 1999.
