- Management oversight of enterprise wide strategic consultative services and support for major corporate initiatives and day to day operations requiring account implementation, data administration, and vendor integration across multiple divisions. - Responsible for management of key initiatives and projects that impact integration with strategic vendor partners. - Provided leadership and management of the IT Account Executive team, the external Plan Training team, and the vendor management team. - Directly responsible for providing IT business support to all FEP BCBS Plans nationwide with respect to system assessments, SBPASC marketing, consulting, training/documentation, operational excellence and communications. - Direct and indirect reports included programmer analyst, lead business analyst, operations coordinator, trainer, technical staff member, and corporate systems supervisor roles. - Collaborated with the FEP Director’s Office, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, and the Office of Personnel Management to propose, develop, and offer IT business solutions to the Plans. - Worked with vendors on day to day business, contract negotiations, and full cycle project management of vendor related projects. - Managed projects, system, and business initiatives in support of the FEHB program and the BCBS Plans. Managed staff and daily operations of team, including performance management, coaching, development, and professional guidance. - Worked with senior management team and the FEP Director’s Office on the development of the annual SBPASC budget; periodic budget monitoring and variance reporting.
