Managed the timely flow of correspondence requests, orchestrated getting documents to correct offices/subject matter experts for review, provided experts with detailed guidance and closure requirements, reviewed response packages prior to submission to executives for approval, and ensured that responses made it back to originating offices. Provided Action Officers the task resources, instruction and guidance needed to help make them and the organization successful. Created and posted online resources on SharePoint for LandWarNet/Mission Command on the unclassified and classified networks, and on Army Knowledge Online (AKO) for CIO/G-6, responders to help them focus on content and staffing and to help get requests completed on time. Mentored personnel and leadership on processes, and procedures, and helped to resolve issues with complex requests.Processed thousands of actions on the HQDA Tracking System and used the system to route, staff, monitor and archive documents. Posted and tracked hundreds of requests on G-3/5/7 SharePoint Tracking System and on the Capabilities and AROC Management System (CAMS).Results oriented. Focused on enhancing short term and long term processes and procedures that make a positive impact on producing high quality and timely responses. Originated the concept in 2002 and participated in a working group resulting in creation of the HQDA Correspondence Formatting Tool. Initiated functional improvements to the HQDA Tracking System. Participated in a Working Group to create a SharePoint Tracking System. Effectively tested several tracking systems, identified critical issues and recommended solutions. Responsible for logistics related to planning, training, and rehearsals for hundreds of performances at national and international events to include Armed Forces Full Honor Arrival Ceremonies for visiting Heads-of-State at the Pentagon and the White House and for Presidential Inauguration events. Managed the administration, security clearances, recruiting, and processing of personnel. Served as the Noncommissioned Officer in charge of 33 personnel. Developed a system using direct mail marketing methods to improve recruiting and strength levels after which personnel strength was maintained at the 100% authorization level. Nearly doubled the number of personnel possessing security clearances while serving as Security Manager. Primary building liaison between the Fort Myer Military Community Department of Public Works, contractors, 3rd U.S. Infantry, and the Fife and Drum Corps throughout a successful ten-month rehearsal facility renovation.
