Brought on-board to spearhead a total and complete business reconstruction. Played a significant role in finishing the writing and implentation of the Operating Agreement and was the lead in changing the defined business model of LSO by transforming the entire company from an employee base driver model to an Independent Master Contractor model. Was instrumental in training all staffing levels in regards to managing in a new business model. Worked closely with all C-levels to ensure the transition to the Contractor model was efficient without disruption to the Customers. Was involved and lead quality action teams that drove company-wide changes. Oversaw all compliance requirements for over 1100 Independent Contractors across 9 states. Worked closely with outside counsel to defend the Independent Contractor model.

Was brought to manage a complete startup for a new customer. Took the facility from 9 Contractors to 30+. Was the primary liaison between the Independent Contractors and Corporate. Facilitated the Business model by training, teaching, coaching managers how to manage and operate within a Independent Contractor Model. Was the company lead for my district in working with counsel to resolve contractual disputes.
