This report included consolidated information for 23 community colleges, 27 community college foundations, and the VCCS System Office. • Supervised staff responsible for financial statement and federal expenditure reporting, capital asset tracking and reporting, and all VCCS System Office accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparation of various reconciliations and reports.• Functioned as primary liaison between the VCCS Information Technology Services department and the third party vendor contracted by VCCS to produce and distribute approximately 200,000 annual 1098-T Tuition Tax Statements.• Served on Steering Committee for the implementation of a new Workforce Enterprise System used by all VCCS colleges. • Acted as lead functional representative during the VCCS accounting system upgrade from PeopleSoft Financials version 8.9 to version 9.1.
