I started in the automotive industry working for my dad at Auto Teck working my way up from cleaning the cars and tje shop to running the office. We closed our doors and I move ti Charlotte, North Carolina and worked for Wilburn Auto Body for 2 years. I moved back home and ran a small body shop in Milan, Indiana called Tom Tepe Chevrolet as the bidy shop manager. I grew their business to double their sales. I found a job closer to home working for Walt Sweeney Ford for a couple of years till i could no longer work for a degrading manager and found a job with the Kenwood Dealer Group at Fairfield Volkswagen. There I worked as the bidy shop manager and ran the shop the way shops should be run and made it very profitable, till i got a promotion to run 2 of there other stores. I sttive to make each store very profitable and to have a great working enviroment which it didn't have before.
