Randy Levine, a former practicing plaintiff’s trial lawyer in New York, a former partner of Schachter & Levine, LLP, and a founding partner of ESS Settlement Services, an affiliate of Sage Settlements . He also had held his Series 7 and 66 licenses. Randy’s extensive experience as a former trial attorney in a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases offers a thorough understanding of all the issues faced by attorneys and their clients. Prior to forming Schachter & Levine, LLP, Randy was a senior litigator for a medical malpractice defense firm. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the settlement and negotiation process, having worked for both plaintiffs and defense claims professionals.Randy received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and was honored to win the Nassau Academy of Law’s 1993 Moot Court Competition and a Certificate of Distinguished Merit. Randy has published and lectured with the Practicing Law Institute and with the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of the American Association of Settlement Consultants and Co-Chairman of the Evolution Committee to grow and evolve his industry for the benefit of the injured claimants. He is a former member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a former Board of Director of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
