Responsible for a 43 Store Region that includes all of Louisiana, Mississippi, Memphis and portions of Alabama and Florida.

I was hired to assist in opening the Wholesale Flooring Clearance Center after the flood of 2016. First accountability was to organize, set up and inventory two warehouses for customer load outs and stocking imported inventory. I hired a new warehouse team to accomplish customer service and warehouse goals. I was able to properly train new hires on warehouse S.O.P. and equipment safety while prioritizing customer service. I was also responsible for all transfers to seven locations within the organization while achieving a 96% on-time ship rate. After this was accomplished, I was assigned the project of installing the sundry and tool business in all locations. I was also responsible for product selection, purchasing, display set-up and employee training of all products. Due to the downturn of business after the flood, I was one of many employees laid off in labor force reduction.
