During my time at Wireless Lifestyle i had learned many skills and taken on many tasks. I was hired on as a retail sales associate in November of 2016. I had quickly become Assistant Manger due to my ability to relate to customers, employees, and upper management. Shortly after i was given the opportunity to manage the location due to my ability to lead a team, my dedication and my sales ability.

My daily duties included but not limited to, opening the store, assisting customer find the phone that met the needs that they had as individuals, building a relationship with individuals to gain trust so that they knew my opinion mattered, training new associates in, assisting other stores with paperwork and daily duties, assisting other associates from other stores close sales and complete necessary paperwork, complete weekly inventory, tag all products, and of course closing the store at the end of the day. I would finalize any and all bank documents, submit inventory requests, receive shipments on a daily basis, create schedule, and assist with customer complaints and praises. These are just a few of the duties that I held being a store manager for TROC.

Taking inbound calls for customers in need of taxis, shuttles, limos, and handicap accessible vans. I would dispatch taxis for customers that called, and would also set up reservations for Rochester Direct. Throughout the day I would have multiple other tasks such as but not limited to recoding driver logs, taking complaints, making sure drivers are where they need to be, helping with Rochester Direct overflow, and learning new tasks on a daily basis. This was a fast paced environment that takes a dedicated individual to be able to handle all of these tasks at once.

I worked as a Collection Specialist in the Finance department at the Affiliated Group. In this position i would make outbound and take inbound calls for consumers and organizations that had past due debts. I would work with a Variety of debts including utility, credit card, check and medical. My job was to find the income they did not feel was available to get the bill taken care of. This position requires a lot of patients and communication skills as not every individual enjoys speaking openly about the financial situation that they are in. During my employment I had also taken and passed any federal or state testing requiredBefore working as a collection specialist I worked with recovering workers compensation claims. After a claim was submitted a company named StoneRiver Pharmacy Solutions would pay for any prescriptions and if after they had paid if the insurance company had not reimbursed them it would be my responsibility to contact that insurance company to find out as to why. Once the reason was identified i would contact whomever needed (employer, physician or pharmacy) to have the correct documents submitted to get the claim resolved.
