Provided design, development, testing and implementation of automated document processing; integrating systems across roughly 100 dealerships and our central corporate accounting department, eliminating over-night shipping charges and manual labor for processing, and reduced processing time by more than half. This system evolved to better meet end user and accounting department requirements by designing and deploying custom end-user interface for eased input and adding business specific document decision and routing for accounting. Utilized Microsoft SharePoint to provide a central point of collaboration, documentation and communication used by internal and external teams responsible for building from the ground up a new, multi-million dollar used car division. Project manager implementing new L2 Auto division's RFID inventory control and tracking system to mange vehicle inventory and integrate movement and availability with ADP's Dealer Management System. Provided automation of hundreds of daily data extraction projects saving over 100 man-hours per week. Provided systems management and implementation including ADP DMS data integration and extraction, Elite Open API, Document Mall, Fabsoft's Reform Enterprise, IBM Content Manager, Captiva, InputAccel and Prosar-Aida systems.

Responsible for mission critical systems. Avega provides industry leading Healthcare Decision Support and Financial planning software systems for major Healthcare organizations. Built, administered and provided lead support in Enterprise systems including Windows based servers, enterprise e-mail and collaboration systems, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Anti-virus management system, Corporate Web Site and content management system, Niku time and project management system and others for our engineers in the field and our nation wide offices. Provided analysis, design, testing and implementation of applications ranging from simple automated forms to Help Desk, workflow, collaboration and knowledge tools all in support of increasing efficiency and abilities of our teams both in office and in-field. Provided user account maintenance and access rights. Coordinated day to day user service and support requests. Provided remote user/remote office support, and VPN connection configuration support and administration. Provided formal and hands-on training.

Lotus Notes Support/Training.Provided end user support and administration for over 150 Health Care facilities working directly with in the field nurses and staff. Contract position started with Lotus Notes user administration, support and training but quickly expanded to take advantage of extensive demonstrated experience. Expanded duties included LAN/WAN, Window NT and Novell support and administration. Provided help and support for GroupFocus interactive training system.

Implemented, managed and administered new Lotus Notes LAN/WAN infrastructure including coordinating internal engineer and external consultant resources. Trained end users in the use of, provided help with, administration of, and developed in Lotus Notes. Launched, internally marketed, and provided management of and service for a new internal customer support help desk department. Rolled out new Help Desk support application. Provided Windows NT and Novell user administration. Provided customer support for Desktop PCs, Laptops, various hardware and software, as well as worldwide customer support. Enhanced and advanced user knowledge and awareness through distributed Tips, FAQ's, instructions and hands-on help. Recipient of numerous TAP awards for Business improvement and cost savings. Developed and implemented electronic parts tracking system providing status and visibility for up to multi-million dollar top secret parts. Developed, trained and implemented management reporting system for Whiteman Airforce base. Lead implementation and roll out of NAPS Enterprise WAN system. NAPS implementation included data conversion, automating, packaging and deploying over 500 new desktop systems, coordinating efforts with multiple nation-wide offices and resources ranging from internal network engineers, desktop specialists and external contract personnel. Achieved position as Regional Designated Specialist for the Windows 95 product. Served as Division focal point and standing member on nationwide Windows 95 implementation and roll out team.
