• Coordinated and directed a wide range policy initiatives during and outside of General Assembly sessions for a senior member of the House of Delegates. • Worked on a team with Analysts, Account Managers, and Strategic Leaders to build marketing strategies for clients that form the basis of their multi-year outreach campaigns. • Assembled, proofed, and purchased targeted lists of students in upcoming graduating classes to fulfill client orders and meet the strategic goals of each college.• Prepared and analyzed data in established national databases including College Board, ACT, NRCCUA.

• Coordinated day-to-day operations of a statewide campaign’s staff and volunteers, including seven field staffers and more than twenty interns. • Oversaw maintenance and data integrity for the campaign’s statewide database and analyzed the system’s data to generate targeted call lists, walk books, and mailings.• Planned and ensured the set up and staffing for events designed to put the candidate directly in contact with delegates to the 2013 Republican Party of Virginia’s Convention including: meet and greet events; phone banks that reached out to over 13,000 delegates; and candidate appearances with other political organizations throughout the state. • Directed a team comprised of staff and volunteers at the 2013 Republican Party of Virginia’s Convention engaging in all aspects of convention electioneering including: managing message distribution, arranging delegate outreach activities, and tracking data used for strategic campaign planning.

• Compiled and analyzed data, researched information, and edited material for an upcoming major publication by Professor Larry J. Sabato, founder of the University of Virginia Center for Politics.• Handled multiple detailed research assignments and contributed to the design of upcoming published work by helping with the selection of photographs and the creation of supporting analytical graphs.

• Helped coordinate literature distribution, door to door campaigning, and data compilation for multiple state and local elections.• Recruited new volunteers while working with Delegate Robert B. Bell and Albemarle County Republican Committee President Rachel Schoenewald in order to keep volunteers on task and effectively manage campaign activities.
