My management style is a very simple style. I believe in removing all obstacles that stand in the way of everyone’s success. I like to build strong relationships with my team members through knowing, involving, rewarding, inspiring and growing them. I believe in finding what it takes to motivate and individual and using that motivation to develop them into a great team member. As someone that believes sigma six, kiazen and continues improvement I believe removing all the clutter both physically and mentally gives room for people to enjoy their job. Don’t make it where a team member has to worry about wether have have the tools and materials to do the job that we as leaders are asking them to do. If you put the right processes and procedures in place it makes management that much easier because you you get deal with the human aspect much more and not the little things that get in the way everyday. Have the right processes and procedures in place and inspect what you expect and everyone’s job will be more enjoyable. Help the team member understand their role in the business and help them understand the goals of the business then encourage the team to come up with the ideas to help everyone succeed.
