MediaPoint Studios split into 3 individual companies and I made Instabuild it's own entity. Instabuild is a web development company specializing in websites, online marketing, SEO, email marketing, pay-per-click campaigns, social media management, graphic design, print production, photography and branding. Accomplishments during this period:• Developed partnerships with several large local, national and global companies resulting in increased brand awarenes and new sales funnels.• Lead a team in producing a seminar to educate dentists on the best methods of marketing their practice. Gained 11 new customers in just 1 hour, (out of 12 offices in attendance).• Close rate for in-person proposals/presentations was 96%.

Specializing in video production, web site development and custom web and mobile applications. After a multi-partner split of MediaPoint Studios and working as Executive Producer of Framed, I acquired the web portion of the company and renamed it Instabuild. I enlisted 2 key employees and created a new partnership. My Responsibilities included: Personnel management, hiring/terminations/discipline/evaluations, budgeting, product development, sales team management and training, lead generation and day-to-day operations of the business. In Dec 2012 we changed the name to Instabuild and in 2014 we sold the company, but remained on staff.

We specialized in creating campaigns, branding, designing materials for print production, photography, newspaper, radio and television ads and production. We enjoyed working with some of the largest companies in our area and grew to be the #3 agency in the state of Idaho, based on number of clients and revenue. I was always involved in the creative process in some way, working side by side with my team or with the client. My attitude is to lead but also respect the insights and ideas of others and to creatively arrive at the best solution together. I made great relationships with suppliers, vendors, other agencies and business leaders in our community and maintain my connections with many of them.Accomplishments during this period:• Developed a very successful multimedia kiosk that was stationed in several malls in Idaho and Utah. Under Rouse Advertising, I invented an 8-sided Information and advertising kiosk to help alleviate the rising advertising cost concerns for some of our clients. We placed the 1st unit in Boise Towne Square Mall and it was wildly successful for the first year.
