I mananged hiring and reassignment actions necessary to maintain a 95% fill rate for the ~330 aircraft technical advisors supporting Fighter/Bomber/Special Mission Aircraft assigned at bases in ACC, AETC, PACAF and USAFE. I worked closely with MXG/CCs to ensure AFETS support was postured to support their in-garrison and expeditionary requirements. I deployed AFcivilian tech advisors more than 300 times in support of the Global War on Terror/ Overseas Contingency Operations.
