The Roberts facility covers 120 acres and employs over 225 employees.

Hired to build and lead a new business unit that was acquired by purchase. This was anew unit for the company with no infrastructure in place. · Led the acquired business from $0 sales to $7million in 3.5 years. · Led 40+ sales professionals globally, including a wide network of distributors and agents. · Secured multimillion dollar long term contracts at 3 of the largest packaging companies in the world by balancing the value they demanded in RFP's against the profits required for our stakeholders. · Designed numerous applications for packaging improvement leading to significant cost reductions for the customer while utilizing our products.

Hired to build a commercial unit for this non-profit that centered on its core competenciesof reusable containers, fulfillment and product assembly.· Led the unit from losing $1.5 million annually in sales, to a top line sales number of nearly $12 million annually and a surplus of $1.5 million.· Led unit into fulfillment programs with divisions of 3M and Novartis· Identified under utilized capabilities and leveraged those assets to achieve organizational goals.

Managed 8 National Sales Reps throughout the US/Canada. Built a successful sales teamof packaging professionals who had little or no sales experience. I was Responsible for thetraining and development of the team. · Growth expectations exceeded 15%-20% per year. · Led redesign of application equipment to streamline time to market for installation.
