Hello my name is Randolph Waller I am accomplished Temple University Graduate with 12 years experience in Production, Film, and TV with emphasis in Post Production and HD formatting editing. Exceptional work ethic with demonstrated track record in HD editing, hands-on research in clearing intellectual properties, and project management. I have filmed for live events that have been broadcast on Comcast network. Highly skilled in Microsoft Suite. I am very flexible and can travel. I am a team player and very easy to get along with. I am detailed oriented and a hard worker. I can manage and be lead as well. I have held many positions in film, music videos, documentaries, sports production, live events, and Internet videos. In all of them I was given specific responsibilities and had to work with a team. With Go Fight live I have conducted interviews, filmed, and edited MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muai Thai fights. The footage would be aired online and on Comcast Sportsnet all over the country. I was also a videogrpher for Temple Football Team and had to help coaches with by filming and editing game footage, montages for the team. There were very tight deadlines for game weeks and a lot of footage to edit before and after practices. I am very familiar with news standards for television from creating VO-SOT, SOT's, and making sure that stories that are to the point and concise and captivating. While working as a Broadcast technician we were responsible for all equipment and television and telemetric systems for broadcasting. I was also responsible for finding new content, creating new content, and managing all work flows from pre-production to post.
