Created scripts for after hours batch maintenance of the mail database, as well as redesign of the architecture. Responsible for the conversion of 4000+ users in Ohio from cc:Mail to Lotus Notes Mail. Responsible for setup, installation and deployment of 6 Lotus Notes Domino servers. Coordinated and led training classes throughout Ohio to business groups reaching more than 4,000 individuals.
