I was responsible for day to day operations of 1-3 frac crews completing Haynesville Shale wells. I was also responsible for CTU Drill-outs and all Flowback operations. I designed and built almost 20 frac ponds (up to 2 million bbls) and oversaw all water transfers for the fracs. I wrote AFE's for the purchase and construction of the ponds. I worked with the Land department on frac pond negotiations and right-of-way purchases. I worked with Supply Chain to bid out all services to make sure we were getting the most economical price. I worked with all of the Service Providers to make sure we were getting the highest quality of work. I managed 2 Wetland Mitigation Banks. I also oversaw P & A operations. I worked with the Exploration group on starting new fields and evaluating prospect wells. I mentored Interns and new Engineers and trained them on Completions and Production of wells. I used my Artificial Lift experience at EOG to help the Production Engineers set up the Artificial Lift on Haynesville wells.

I was responsible for the daily operation of Travis Peak, Bossier Shale, and Haynesville Shale wells. I was responsible for the set up and operation of the Flowback on all of the Bossier, Haynesville, and Eaglebine wells. I set up all of the artificial lift equipment(plungers, wellhead compressors, rod pumps, and gas lift) and optimized their operation with Engineers. I was responsible for the operation of SWD wells. I oversaw P&A operations. I was responsible for troubleshooting wells and getting them back to production. I was responsible for purging out and operating all of the pipeline systems. I worked with several Midstream companies (Markwest, Tenaska, Enbridge) and used SCADA for flow control. I also oversaw facility construction on new projects. I operated Dehy units, and amine plants to make sure the gas met contract specs for sales. I mentored Interns and new Engineers in Field Operations. I trained new operators in the fields on all types of equipment and operation of wells.

As Chief Operator, I was responsible for the daily operation of the plant. I worked with Engineers to help design expansions to the plant. I was responsible for the hiring and training of new operators. I was responsible for purchases of supplies and materials. Responsible for maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, and electrical components of the plant. Responsible for Quality Assurance/Quality Control reporting of all lab equipment to the EPA and TCEQ. Responsible for the compliance of TCEQ and EPA permit guidelines. Responsible for generating and submitting reports to the TCEQ and EPA. Used SCADA to operate and control motors and valves in the plant and at remote locations.
