The solution included phone, email, social media, and other contact mechanisms in a seamless, web based environment. Integration with phone, knowledge base, and fulfillment systems ensured any agent could provide a high level of service. Workflow and automated monitoring provided for escalation and/or management alerts with regard to any liability type issues.

BMG Seltec provides operations support software, GPS vehicle tracking, plant control systems, and point-of-sale solutions to producers of asphalt, aggregates and ready mixed concrete. •Directed the opening of Columbus, Ohio production and field service facility. Coordinated infrastructure installation, personnel hiring, selection and deployment of Help Desk support systems. From that facility I directed the Field Service team (primarily call support, field installation and support services) and the Professional Services team (project management of integration and large scale deployments) with revenues of $1.5MM.•Directed development efforts for the most overdue control product issues. Provided the leadership and drive to the Field Service Group that restored the reputation and confidence of customers in Seltec. Retooled the Service team personnel to better support the product mix. Provided sales and engineering feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements up to and including writing specifications.•Established high level contacts within our larger accounts ( > $1BB in Sales) to develop training and support programs to meet their specific requirements.

As Director of Strategic Development, established strategic partner relationships and identified new product opportunities: researched best partner categories, identified target companies, initiated contacts, created framework of partnership agreements, developed business plans and go-to-market strategy, created the partner compensation matrix, provided training for customer demonstrations.

Alkon was a pioneer in automated batch products for the Ready Mix concrete industry. This company was very innovative; introducing the first totally solid state (punch card) and the first fully microprocessor based batch control system.
