I joined the company when it was known as Kleen-Tex Industries. Mountville Mills acquired the company in March, 2008. Product and component research and development is a major role, as well as test performance and product monitoring. Past duties have included supervision of laboratory testing of products and components (textile, rubber, and other materials) relevant to the floor matting industry. I've chaired product improvement groups, visited customers and suppliers on-site (problem resolution). Writing and developing specifications, test methods and manufacturing procedures has been a major role.

Supplier quality assurance auditing; supervision of document control; supervision and performance of 1st article/lay-out inspection, in-process and final product inspection, receiving inspection, and tool and die inspection. Chaired meetings relative to on-going product improvement. Authored many company procedures.
