I have been a member of a Vistage CEO group since 2002 here in Louisville Ky. In the fall of 2012 I was asked to become a Vistage chair and form other groups in Louisville Ky area.My First group was launched in April of 2013. This group has 18 CEO members currently and meets on first Tuesday of each month. The second group was launched in November of 2013. This group has 17 CEO members and meets on the first Wednesday of each month.I also have a Key Executive group that launched in November of 2013 that has 19 members. This group meets on the first Thursday of each month. The second Key Executive group meets on Friday and was launched in December 2017 with 9 members. I have a fifth group, a VISTAGE INSIDE group for billion dollar corporation. I am working with their top 16 executives. The goal of my Peer Advisory Groups is to bring together like-minded CEO's and Key Executives who are serious about professional and personal growth. Through trust and confidentiality, we are able to challenge each other's assumptions in a non-judgmental manner while understanding the value of sharing difficult issues and learning from the collective wisdom of other leaders. Group members are from non-competing industries with no agenda other than to help each other succeed. It’s often lonely at the top, with few people to provide seasoned advice or to hold us accountable.
