The Customer Quality Manager serves to manage the Product and Service Quality for Dell Canada Relationship Customers with concerted effort to ensure consistent positive Service Experience and Product Quality. We are the Customer Advocate to cultivate customer loyalty through positive Customer Experience resulting in a high Likely hood to repurchase from Dell.
