Through my career I have been a key player in the design, development, and implementation of ground breaking applications and tools within the educational computing market. As well as being a competent and effective technical; advisor, trainer and support representative. I have experience providing advice to executive management. I have developed and delivered technical support and product and procedural training to staff, coworkers, and customers.I have significant experience with computer operations as well as; Technology Sales, Customer Support Management, Personnel Management, Project Management, Product Development, Technical Product Integration, and System Quality Assurance. Over the past six years, I have worked primarily in technical support roles. In this capacity, I have provided technical support for; developers and customers. Most recently, working with government contractors including: General Dynamics, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Northrop Grumman. Working with these corporations on contracts between these organizations and U.S. Government agencies, including; The US Army Corps of Engineers, the Navy Marine Corp Intranet, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and currently the Department of the Interior at the National Interagency Fire Center located in Boise, ID.These skills, this experience, along with a (until recently, active) Top Secret/SCI/Poly Security Clearance, proven presentation abilities, and the demonstrated ability to effectively train end users and RESOLVE technical issues, make me an ideal candidate for a position with your organization.Mine is a career committed to making technology effective.
