Since 1991, Hunters Sharing the Harvest has coordinated the delivery of nearly 3 million pounds of hunter-donated venison to the food insecure in Pennsylvania, providing more than 14 million servings of this lean, high-protein food source that is so desperately needed by those who are hungry. Our model works so efficiently thanks to a well-coordinated network of generous deer hunters, participating deer processors, area coordinators, food banks, sponsors, individual donors and funding partners across the Commonwealth.
