Profile bio

About Randy Fields

I have been a student of leadership all my life. If you spend any time with me, you will see that I am about leadership, relationships, and developing people. I am comfortable taking the lead in challenging situations and engaging directly with individuals. I relish making fans out of the most brutal critics (problematic or persnickety). I am a warm but powerful person who gets great devotion from the people I lead. I create safe, productive environments where people can thrive, develop, and solve big problems. My team always exceeds expectations. As an experienced leader serving leaders, I have a proven track record of getting tough visions implemented and pivotal changes completed. Trying to span the gap between the senior leader's vision and reality can be challenging and fraught with roadblocks (and naysayers). As a technology leader, I have a strong history of relationship building, project executions, and implementing high-tech solutions to fill any gaps. As a business leader, I have created growth and drove changes by aligning human capital, marketing activities, and improving client relationships.Throughout my career, I have used my strong communication, influence, and leadership skills to resolve differences between business units, build teams, and champion changes (external and internal) with great success. I have led teams in large and small environments and can drive those culture/vision changes that everyone hides from or laments. I have excellent people skills for staff, leadership, and development challenges. I am a proud combat veteran of the US Army (101st Airborne Division & Berlin Brigade) and I am a shepherd/leader at our church in Pegram, Tennessee.

Listed skills include Process Improvement, Leadership, Security, Cross Functional Team Leadership, and 25 others.
