Recruited by Siemens ICM during start-up of operations in Austin, Texas (that later relocated to San Diego, California). Responsibilities included supply chain management - all logistics, procurement and materials support operations in support of Siemens Information and Communications Mobile (ICM) in Austin, as well as cross-company responsibilities and key official in the Global Procurement operations of Siemens (Germany based). Siemens Corporate purchasing volume worldwide was approximately $34 Billion. ICM products include high technology communication devices, mobile, cordless and leading technology in the integrated voice/data initiatives

Over span of career, progressed from Subcontracts Manager to Director of Supply Chain Management to Director of Facilities covering 3 major aerospace/defense sites with direct line reporting to the SrVP of Global Operations. Successfully managed over 4 million sf of high tech and top secret facilities, including operations and maintenance management (also comprising the airport infrastructure), implementation of CMMS systems, governmental relations and regulatory compliance, strategic planning, project development, quality assurance of facilities meeting customer and internal requirements, budget planning/management, CIP, a workforce of over 240 personnel and multiple subcontractors.
