Responsible for all application software and support for 13 locations across North America and Australia. Project leader on ERP implementation and EDI integration at locations in Mexico and three in the United States. Successfully completed all implementations within 18 months. Gained deep understanding of Solarsoft (formerly CMS) and JBA ERP systems during this process.Implemented first Business Intelligence reporting solution in company's history. Successfully architected and developed data warehouse solution that provided common metric tracking for all locations. Responsible for managing in-house and external software development teams on Microsoft .Net, Sharepoint, and iSeries platforms.

Lead customer support center for software consulting firm specializing in ERP implementation services and support. Supported customers from small family owned shops that needed complete IT management to implementation project management for multi-million dollar companies. Gained a thorough understanding of the Movex (now Lawson) and BPCS ERP packages. Provided application development support in both RPGLE and .Net environments.

System Analyst and Programmer for software vendor providing governmental accounting software on the AS/400 hardware platform. I led the design and development of new version of accounting software that became the company’s best selling software package and increased the customer base by over 50%. After release of the new software package, I was promoted to account manager where I handled the successful implementation of the accounting package at several county and city level government installations. As a result of my experience, I developed a very solid technical background on the AS/400 with special emphasis on software design and workflow analysis.
