About Randy Hardy

With 45+ years of Information Technology experience I have successfully performed in steadily progressing roles across multiple business sectors including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, government and now healthcare. My background includes project management, business analysis, solution design and application development. My current role as a Lead Business Analyst is providing me with the opportunity to gain a different perspective by contributing to a PMO Request Intake team. In this role I not only analyze requests, gathering high-level requirements and building business cases, but I'm in a position to lead in setting new processes and enhancing existing ones to facilitate "t-shirt" sizing of the requests. I'm also driving the process that presents this information to a governance body for approval/denial.The twelve years prior were spent with Target Corporation leading application development teams and performing business analysis tasks. My role as a Sr. Project Manager in Delivery Services involved leading development and lifecycle projects where I engaged creative problem solving and strategic thinking to manage plans, communications, schedules and budget. I was accountable for obtaining project funding and delivering strategic projects on time and within budget.
