Led implementation project for ERP application, Prophet 21. Also led initiatives leading to improved efficiencies with automated purchasing and inventory management procedures. Additional responsibility for all EDI, data communications, system administration and financial and data analysis needs company wide.

Responsible for preparation, review and presentation of financial GAP analysis, opportunity assessment and detailed business value review with C-level executives of prospective customers. Also responsible for presales support of the financial applications in customer sales cycles.

Served as Project Manager for a financial system implementation, which included developing the project plan, performing business process re-engineering, facilitating project team meetings and providing project updates and recommendations to the Steering Committee.

Responsible for all financial and information technology needs for a privately held five branch welding supply distributor with $20 million in revenue. Duties included strategic planning, consolidated financial reporting, annual budgeting, system administration, supervision of staff of five and corporate liaison for banking, CPA firm and insurance relationships. Also supervised accounting and reporting activities for robotic integration division.
