I bring two decades of experience to my role as Executive Vice President of Growth for Prosci. Our firm's best practices research is the largest body of knowledge on the "people side of change," and allows us to provide great experiences and change management outcomes through advisory services, training, and intellectual property. In my position, I manage multiple aspects of our organization's high growth agenda including sales, marketing and relationship management. I have the privilege of working with our clients, and Prosci's Senior Advisors and Master Instructors, to build solutions for their enterprise-wide change capability challenges. Before Prosci, I spent a dozen years at BMGI, a global management consulting and training firm. I served in many roles including Technology Consultant, Senior Client Partner, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Sales. In this final role, I handle multiple aspects of our business's growth agenda - business development, account management, partner management and professional development for the sales team.Prior to BMGI, I led an enterprise-wide process improvement team for a national leader in billing and remittance processing. This is where I cut my teeth in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma. Prior to that, I was a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army, serving as a Fire Support Officer, then a Platoon Leader and finally the Chief of Training for a 6,500-member force—achieving impressive measurable improvements in this role. I left the service with an honorable discharge and a rank of captain.I thrive in challenging situations and seek them out. Outside of work, I enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado, trying to smoke the perfect brisket and chasing around my twin boys with my beautiful wife!
