Leavenworth KS and attain our sites course certification.

Selected to serve as Asst Lead for the FBCB2 team in the absence of the team’s immediate supervisor. Always chosen by the Northrop Grumman Management to conduct briefing for visiting VIP’s and dignitaries. • Redeveloped a solid program of instruction that enabled the instructors to better instruct the students in a more realistic environment resulting in a 98% combined passing rate in all areas of instruction.• Developed, instituted, and maintained a Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) feed into the three separate classroom environments to demonstrate to the students a simulated battle environment in order to provide more accurate training.• Assign the duties as the FBCB2 team’s Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian and Currier. This enabled me to Develop and institute Northrop Grumman’s first ever Secret Level Field Level Maintenance (FLM) Period of Instruction.
