To plan, develop, and execute a highly professional three week, Army Skill Identifier producing course at the request of the III Corp Commander, Forces Command, and the Training Doctrine Command. In a short amount of time I have; attended and passed the Combined Arm Center Digital Master Course, absorbed the expert knowledge needed to operate a suite of the Army Mission Command Information Systems to include: the Command Post of the Future, Tactical Airspace Integration System, Advanced Field Artillery Data System, Joint Capabilities Release, Tactical Ground reporting System, and Global Command and Control System – Army. My knowledge of Window’s Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 enabled me to master the Server Stack and manage the needed Virtual Machines to include; The Master Server, The Data Bridge Server, MidTier Servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere 5/6, TMC Suite of System to include Battle Command Server needed for class operations. Pulling from my past managerial expectances, professional manner, attention to detail, and willingness to provide the best training available, enabled our team to impress the Government Lead from Ft. Responsible for the training of United States Military personnel, Department of Defense Civilians and contractors in the field of FBCB2 digital communications. Developed and instituted 40 hour courses for the FBCB2 suite to include; BFT, JCR, JCR/Log, MTS and EPLARs. Designed and maintain a LAN network of 46 individual systems by configuring unique TCP/IP connections. Selected to serve as Asst Lead for the FBCB2 team in the absence of the team’s immediate supervisor. Always chosen by the Northrop Grumman Management to conduct briefing for visiting VIP’s and dignitaries. • Redeveloped a solid program of instruction that enabled the instructors to better instruct the students in a more realistic environment resulting in a 98% combined passing rate in all areas of instruction.• Developed, instituted, and maintained a Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) feed into the three separate classroom environments to demonstrate to the students a simulated battle environment in order to provide more accurate training.• Assign the duties as the FBCB2 team’s Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian and Currier. This enabled me to Develop and institute Northrop Grumman’s first ever Secret Level Field Level Maintenance (FLM) Period of Instruction.
