I am part of a small team that focuses on geohazard assessment and mitigation, so contact me about rockfall, landslides, debris flows, mudslides, rock slopes, etc.On the geotechnical side, the projects that really get me energized are the complex ones with bridges, retaining walls and large cut and fill slopes. My background as a geological engineer has been very useful in working on projects involving rock slopes, rockfall, and geologic hazards. I love applying cutting-edge technologies to solve my clients' problems.I am passionate about personal and professional growth, and my frustration at the lack of online resources for geoprofessionals led me to found GeoPrac.net in 2007, a news blog and community site for geotechnical and geological engineers.The views and opinions expressed here are my own, and do not necessarily represent those of my employer, WSP.
