MEF-CECP certified 2022. Developed detailed Carrier network solutions to include "Fiber to the Tower", Carrier backhaul and some retail customer projects. I produce customer solutions using the method of "Top-Down" network design.In addition to pre-sales functions, I provide training to Wholesale account managers in topics such as Layer 2 framing types, wavelength services, network topologies, routing and switching and network diversity.I track networking requirements and complete technical questionnaires for all FTTT Ethernet back-haul and transport solutions for tier 1 wireless and wireline providers. I provide granular design topologies and network diagrams for internal and external documentation.Previously, as manager of the Advanced Data Network serving Ntelos, I managed the multi-gigabit carrier network as well as the ISP network serving Androids, Blackberry's, Smartphones and handsets on an EVDO/1X RAN network. I oversaw the bandwidth explosion that started at 8 Mbps in 2008 to 1.2 Gigabits in mid 2012. Daily responsibilities were leading a network and server team to operate within the "P.D.I.O.O." construct and managing all engineering, operations and Data NOC activities. At the same time, also worked as a hands on engineer supporting the Cisco Mobility ASR5k platform.Specialties: Network Design; Network Consulting, Network Planning, Cisco ASR5k platforms.
