Randy Rytter is a HR leader with over 22 years of experience as a business partner and consultant in the technology, financial services, and professional services industries.For the first 10 years of his career, Randy was a management consultant at BearingPoint and Booz Allen Hamilton where he designed, developed, and implemented talent management practices to improve organizational performance for a variety of client organizations. Randy then moved into an internal consulting role within the Talent Strategy center of excellence at Booz Allen where he was responsible for driving talent management programs across the organization, including diverse career paths, roles, performance management, talent planning, and HR technology for about 7 years.For the past 7 years, Randy focused on senior level business partner roles at Booz Allen, T.
