I am currently working as a contractor at Jacobs Engineering supporting an application that my company wrote over 23 years ago and is still working. This will help keep it going until it is rewritten and modernized. This is a billing application that integrates with Oracle fiancials.

Responsible for application development and support for Contract Billing And Reporting (CBR) development and support. Responsible for Ecosys implementation and support. Responsible for Oracle and Sql Server database design and performance tuning of queries.

I am the IT Cost and Planning manager responsible for all aspects of the applications that support our Cost Control and Planning.

- Project management for 4 developers, 2 QA resources. - Business analysis, including gathering requirements from all levels of users and stakeholders - Software architecture, including designing the base framework, web services for interaction with other applications - Database design, including both the logical and physical models - Designing application integration with Oracle Financials - Database tuning, both on SQL Server and Oracle - Mentoring other developers in Object Oriented concepts and SQL techniques - Started and led the IT architecture team to improve processes and quality of our application development

- Worked with users and management to define the requirements for CBR (Contract Billing and Reporting) to replace an old Vax system. CBR produces monthly invoices for the EPA. - Designed and architected object oriented framework for CBR in 1997 which is still in use today and bills $20-$30MM per month- Hired a team of four developers to complete CBR, and integrated them with CH2M HILL employees to make up the project team - Designed, architected and coded a web application called ProjectPricer which is a proposal application using ASP and SQL Server. - Reused the code created in Project Pricer to create a Contracts Management application in less than 40 hours for the initial development- Created the Construction EAC tool which helps manage the monthly EAC process for construction projects at CH2M HILL. - Created an object oriented application framework for Lockheed Martin.

- Internal consultant to all developers at Interlink. - Responsible for drafting a developer's handbook which includes the best practices we use at Interlink in software development and testing. - Worked on many small projects as a mentor and advisor. - Managed several employees and helped them in their career development. - Prepared and delivered employee evaluations. Responsible for managing accounts. - Assisted several small projects that needed help and resolved the problems quickly to the client's satisfaction. - Directly contributed to bringing in $3M in revenue in last half of 1994 and first half of 1995.

- Responsible for providing end-user solutions. Project lead on many projects. - Worked in both the DOS/Windows and the OS/2 environments. - Involved heavily in EEHLLAPI programming between PC and mainframe. - Wrote a front-end issue system for large groups. Used the client/server architecture wherever possible. - Designed and coded a multi-threaded application to automate faxing of messages from a PC that were created on the mainframe. Wrote a DLL in "C" for Applications Manager that gave it faxing capabilities. - Developed tools to send commands to the mainframe from a DOS or OS/2 command file. - Used Paradox, 'C', Pascal and Applications Manager (OS/2 Presentation Manager development tool), SQL and IBM Database Manager.

Responsible for the enhancement, design and programming of the PC MAX program (formerly TAMS) for general distribution to System One Customers. System One is the computer reservation system used in travel agencies to book reservations for their clients. PC MAX is the most comprehensive accounting, management and marketing program for travel agencies and is System One's only offering in the small to medium sized agency market. Supported the Help Desk and trained company personnel in the concepts, application and operation of the PC MAX system. PC MAX is written using a combination of Clipper, "C" and Pascal.

• Responsible for the design, programming, implementation, upgrading and enhancement of TAMS (the Travel Agency Management System that SMS, Inc. developed and marketed to travel agencies.) Developed the training program used for all clients nationwide. Responsible for the training of all customers subscribing to the system. Responsible for customer support both on accounting and the marketing portions of the system. Did miscellaneous accounting work for travel agencies on TAMS. System One purchased TAMS in 1988. Wrote two, 100 page manuals of detailed procedure and help facts for TAMS users. Developed an interface program for two airline reservation systems that significantly cut down the necessity for manual entry of airline tickets into TAMS.
