Ranee Madison is Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Corridor. Ranee leads a team responsible for strengthening and expanding Corridor’s quality and educational programs while advancing innovative ideas and partnerships with existing service lines. Ranee has 20 years of experience in the healthcare field in various roles and settings with the last 16 years focused in the home health care and hospice. Since being exposed to home health care and hospice industry, she has never thought twice about switching to a different nursing profession. After her first home visit as a home health and hospice nurse, she said “this makes sense! If someone had the option, who wouldn’t want to be taken care of in their home?” In her previous roles in the healthcare sector, Ranee, led multiple quality improvement teams, orientation programs, and implemented a successful wound care program for best practices for patient’s care. During her time at Corridor, she held various roles, specifically as. Sr. Director of Operations where she played a role in developing and growing the coding operations business. Ranee has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from The College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, MN. She resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband and two children.
