- Project : Auxiliary Platform Marjan Package 1 Offshore GOSP-4 Development Project- Owner : Saudi Aramco1. Successfully installed several utility mechanical equipment (Nitrogen Generation Package, Pressure Vessels, Filters, Centrifugal Pumps, etc) on top of the offshore platform through skid-in method and direct lifting.2. Coordinating and maintaining communication with all stakeholders on yard i.e. Construction Support Engineering, Detailing Engineering, Yard Planner, Project Planner, Rigging, Welding, and Fabrication Shop Team as their involvement and part of the project team.3. Develop and review constructability studies of mechanical equipment installation, including all the impacted works to other disciplines.4. Develop Mechanical Equipment Installation Work Package refer to weight percentage basis through SPC Software supports.5. Ensuring installation process productivity to be maintained according to planned manhours.6. Maintaining close communication with Discipline Engineering Department abroad (in Chennai) in order to solve technical difficulties faced on site and how to minimize them during Engineering stage.7. Monitored all expediting reports as part of our responsibilities and sometimes give a call on priority items so that all preparations which have been made could meet with the actual equipment arrival.8. Responsible in engaging with HVAC Subcontractor (Seaquest) and as an interface engineer between Client, Company, and Subcobtractor. Moreover, involved in ducting and their support fabrication (RAD and SAD).

- Projects : Lombok CFSPP Project 2 x 50 MW1. Assisting Mechanical Superintendent and Supervisors (Construction Team) regarding equipment installation process according to Instruction and Operation Manual at site.2. Responsible in handling Utility Area (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis & Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis, Centrifugal Pump, Fire Water Pump, etc), Sea Water Intake Area, and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) Area (STG, Boiler Feedwater Pump, Condensate Pump, Condenser, etc).3. Preparing Field Engineering Instruction (FEI) as basis for modification at site.4. Coordinating with Logistic / Warehouse and Quality Control Team to enlist the Material Receiving Report (MRR) in accordance to Packing List.5. Consulting with Project Owner and Project Management for Construction regarding modification and adjustment at site.

- Projects & Proposals : Lombok CFSPP Project 2 x 50 MW, HMU RDMP Balikpapan- Owner : PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) UIP & Pertamina JO RDMP Balikpapan• Preparing and generating Mechanical Datasheets (MDS) of several equipment according to Project Specification, P&ID, PFD, Process Datasheet and other inputs as basis for procurement purposes.• Coordinating with other engineering departments team in order to solve any interfacing issues (Civil, Instrument, Electrical, Piping, and Process). • Held technical clarification meeting with several equipment suppliers to prevent any non-conformities to Project Specification.• Generating Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) as a basis for Procurement Team to hold a Kick Off Meeting.• Attending Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in vendor’s workshop to witness the performance and function of equipment in accordance with Standards and Codes.

Analyzing static stress of piping component structure in an oil & gas process plant (Nilam 2 Plant, Muara Badak, East Kalimantan). Also, reducing the excessive static stress caused by external forces produced by pressure safety valves by mean adding restraints in respective affected piping areas.
