Omni channels (call, live chat, email) ; provide customers' needs e.g: inquiries (balance/limit), wholesale products, promotions, checking transaction status (electricity token, train tickets, shopping vouchers, OVO top-ups), handling complain, giving best solutions/advices; make daily reports, check android application maintenance, escalate complains or cases to related departments, solve the customers' problems.

Register customers' documents; screen new and existing customers; input & scan customers data to system; proceed customers' document to related department; circulate customers' document from preparer to checker and to approver; request authorization/approval to department head, division head and president director; make checklist for customers' documents; make daily and monthly reports; check and keep documents secure in safety box everyday.
