In my senior year of high school, I took a leap and enrolled in AP Computer Science A, where I was introduced to 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮. The thrill of writing my first lines of code and seeing the computer respond with a simple “Hello World” was unforgettable. It sparked a passion for technology that continues to drive me today.When I was accepted into Santa Clara University, I chose to further my journey in Computer Science. Over the course of my studies, I dove into 𝗖++, solidifying the foundation for my technical career. But my time in STEM hasn’t been just about the code—I’ve been inspired by the people and experiences that have shaped my path.As a woman in STEM, I quickly learned the importance of fostering community. Early in my college career, I became an active member of the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, participating in and eventually leading programs like 𝗦𝗪𝗘++ to teach middle school girls how to code in Scratch/Python. Every Saturday morning, we worked with the next generation of female coders, instilling in them the same excitement I felt when I first wrote “Hello World.” Since then, my journey has expanded in ways I could have never imagined. I’ve gained hands-on experience in the tech industry through roles as a 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻, and now as a 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 at Graphiant. I’ve designed automation tools that improved team efficiency by 30%, built interactive dashboards and portals, and developed real-time systems to track network performance. Along the way, I’ve cultivated skills in 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁, 𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿, 𝗔𝗪𝗦, and more.In addition to my technical work, I’ve continued to lead and empower others in the tech space. As 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗖𝗨’𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗦𝗲𝗰 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, I organized workshops and CTF events, teaching members how to tackle challenges with tools like 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗸, 𝗖#. Through this role, I discovered a fascination with cybersecurity and the intricate systems that keep our world connected and secure.Today, I’m still passionate about building innovative, scalable solutions while mentoring and uplifting others. From leading sprint meetings as a 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 to developing tools that enhance reliability and automation, I thrive at the intersection of problem-solving and collaboration. Most importantly, I’m committed to using technology not only to solve problems but to inspire and empower others, just as it has inspired me.
